Keep Your Team Motivated
One of the biggest challenges within an organization is keeping a team motivated. A team that is motivated has a good attitude and will produce better results. Why not have a little fun motivating your team with some friendly competition.

Give employees a little extra time during their lunch hour to compete. Keep a tally of the points and award the team with the most points a small prize at the end of the day. Keep it interesting by switching up the games and keep a tally of scores for the entire month. The team that has the most points at the end of the month gets an extra bonus; such as leave early from work one day or a casual day rewarded to them, whichever reward best fits your organization.
